This tool assists you to find out the recommended daily feeding portion for your cat depending on his or her requirements. Please, include your cat’s weight, age, its body condition, as well as your desired weight and let us determine the necessary amount of caloric intake. Here’s how it works:

1. Pet’s Name: You may begin by entering your cat’s name to help make the search more focused.
2. Age Group: You can also choose your cat’s age for the calories it should have because it has different calories for different ages.
3. Weight: Type your cat’s present weight in kilos.
4. Body Condition Score (BCS): Score your cat from 1 to 9 in order to determine his or her body condition.
   • 1-3: Underweight
   • 4-5: Ideal weight
   • 6-9: Overweight
5. Weight Goal: Decide whether you want your cat to be at this weight, lose or gain weight.
6. Calories per Gram of Food: Please insert the calorie content per gram of your cat’s food calculated from the label of the food you provide to your cat.
7. Results: The calculator is also able to estimate your cat’s optimum weight, required food intake in kcal/day and the actual amount of food in grams your cat needs for daily intake.
